High Cotton is a data driven company, helping companies primarily in the banking and healthcare industries with payment technology and customer communications.  High Cotton’s CEO, Tommy McGahey stated, “High Cotton is an old term here in the South that means success. In the days when agriculture dominated the South, a farmer with a bumper crop was said to be in “high cotton.”

Earlier this year the company decided to expand their local operations in Irondale with the completion of a new state of the art corporate headquarters located less than a mile from Irondale City Hall on 1st Avenue South.

According to Darryl Washington, Irondale CDA chairman,” We are honored to have High Cotton as a premiere Irondale business.  They exemplify everything that makes Irondale a city truly on the move.”
