Greg Cochran, Building Official
The Inspections Department is responsible for all commercial and residential permitting and inspections for the city. Call for an appointment to have an inspector come to the site. All building plans must be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit for the inspectors to review.
Before an Occupancy Certificate can be issued for utilities to be turned on, a complete list of sub-contractors, their address, phone number and license number must be submitted to the Permitting Clerk for verification.
