The Jerome Sims/Don Taylor – State Farm Agency was recently awarded the prestigious, Irondale CDA – Business of the Month Award for February 2017.

Every month the Irondale CDA recognizes a local business that exemplifies industry excellence and a commitment to doing business in Irondale.

During this special celebration, the staff of the Sims/Taylor State Farm Agency were presented with the CDA Business of the Month award. They were also treated to a delicious lunch prepared by Irondale’s own, Golden Rule Barbecue.

Several Irondale public officials also attended the event including; Irondale City Councilor – Steve Marino (District 3), Irondale Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director – Tellis Shoemaker, Irondale Police Chief, Ken Atkinson, Irondale City Clerk, James Stewart and Irondale On The Move – Action Committee Member, Carolyn Jones.

According to Jerome Sims, ” We’ve been in business for over 50 years.  Since relocating to Irondale over 13 years ago, our business has experienced record growth and we are proud to be a part of the Irondale community.”
