Personal:
Married 27 years to former Adrienne Jackson. Three children. Corey(26), Christopher(23), Camryn (16).
Born the 7th child of 12 siblings to Marshall and Inez London, from Flatwood, Mississippi. At an early age, John learned the importance of hard work by growing up on the farm. He learned it is vital for everyone to contribute in order for the family to survive. Planting and then harvesting was great responsibility for each family member to learn. John has taken that philosophy throughout his life, realizing that if he plants positive thoughts and attitudes, then the harvest will come back plentiful.
Professional:
John is currently employed by Mobility Central where he provides life essential equipment and services to senior citizens. He’s also a former teacher and basketball coach (high school and college). For the past 30 years, John has been instilling his philosophy into young people across the Southeast through coaching youth basketball. He jumps at the opportunity motivate and speak to the youth.
Community:
John is very active in his community and church and wears many hats; Pastor, husband, father, friend, President of Irondale Youth Basketball(10years), Referee, AAU coach of numerous basketball teams and basketball trainer.
Education:
A 1986 graduate of Birmingham Southern College. He was Inducted into the Birmingham Southern College – Sports Hall of Fame.

A passion for youth and senior citizens, parks and sports. Always trying to teach life lessons through sports.
