1. Resolved, That Resolution 2016-R-160 authorizes the Police

Department to apply for the Edward Byrne Memorial/JAG Grant in an amount not to exceed $ 10,000.00. (Police Chief Atkinson)

2. Resolved, That Resolution 2016-R-161 authorizes the Mayor to sell water to the Birmingham Water Works Board. (Mayor Tommy Joe Alexander)
