The month of September isåÊÛÏNational Baby Safety MonthÛåÊand we have askedåÊRuby FeltonåÊto be our guest presenter. Ruby holds a BA in Psychology, a certificate in Gerontology and is a Certified Anger Management Specialist. She has been certified as a Facilitator in the Nurturing Parenting Program. Ruby isåÊthe Community Based Program Manager of the Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Center in Birmingham. Exchangites will be interested in learning about the programs they are helping to sponsor, which emphasize the National Exchange ClubÛªs national project.
Ruby will be demonstrating how she promotes baby safety awareness in the community by presenting her program, ÛÏPreventable TragediesÛ at our September 9thmeeting. We hope you will be sure to attend and support our CAP CenteråÊand the work they are doing for children, families and the community.
