Once again Mother Nature smiled on Irondale to help make another Whistle Stop Festival a great success!  We hope you didn’t miss it.  (Click here to see the many photos we took.)

The weather was perfect, the food was plentiful, the vendors were outstanding, and the entertainment was great!  The 24th annual festival provided a full day of family fun and memories, lots of early Christmas buying, and a belly-full of lunch.  And the day was capped off with fireworks!

And with the addition of the very first annual Whistle Stop Half Marathon sponsored by the Irondale Commercial Development Authority, even the many new visitors understand the quarter-century WSF celebration in twelve months should be even better!
