On July 12, 2016, University of Alabama Head Football Coach, Nick Saban delivered a thought provoking and inspiring message to hundreds in attendance at the Irondale Chamber of Commerce Fundraiser Dinner.  Saban’s message focused on the character and mindset needed to have sustained success in life and business.  He also provided details on the Mercedes Benz dealership  that is being built in Irondale scheduled to open in late 2017.

 

The event was well attended by an array of Irondale citizens, elected officials, businesses, schools and civic organizations.  Jefferson County Commissioner Joe Knight and former University of Alabama Running Back, Bobby Humphrey were also in attendance.

The Irondale Chamber of Commerce plays such a vital role in the Irondale business community.  Their efforts are essential in strengthening both the economic and community vitality of Irondale.  Proceeds from this event will help with future operating expenses and program development.
