Frank Pennington, Director of Public Works was recently recognized as the 2016 Irondale Employee of the Year.  He was honored during the 2nd Annual Irondale Employee Appreciation Banquet.  Mr. Pennington received the most votes among fellow city employees who were selected based on their excellence in work performance and service to Irondale.

All Irondale City employees were treated to a succulent dinner at the beautiful Pine Tree Country Club.  This special event was made possible through a generous financial contribution by the Irondale City Council.  The program is an opportunity to show appreciation to all city employees for their hard work, service and the important role they play in making Irondale great.
